We don’t offer returns & exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong size, a new order must be placed.
If you’re unsure about sizing, refer to our Sizing Guide or contact our customer service team at support@diomo.shop for personalized sizing suggestions.
Refund Policy:
Applicable only to damaged/defective items or incorrect shipments.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving it, providing photos of the damaged item. We will then assist you with either a refund or a replacement.
Order Changes:
Orders are automatically fulfilled after 24 hours, so making changes in size or product is challenging.
Sales are generally final unless under exceptional circumstances.
Address Verification:
Please double-check your address before placing an order, including apartment or dorm numbers.
Once the package leaves our office, we are no longer responsible for it. In case of loss or theft, contact your local post office promptly.
A tracking number will be provided upon shipping your package.
